Approach

Approach

The process works, but the communication feels incomplete.

Complaints can be submitted and tracked.

The app does not clearly show:

• What stage the issue is in
• Who is responsible
• When progress can be expected

The system exists.
The visibility does not.

Focusing on moments of uncertainty.

The project began by mapping the journey after submission.

Key questions explored:

• What does the user need immediately?
• What information does the system already have?
• What should be explained clearly?

The experience was mapped as moments of uncertainty, not screens.

Intent

Intent

The objective was not to alter appearance,
but to strengthen how the system communicates.

Progress needed to feel visible.
Status required structure.
The journey required clear closure.
